1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and deliveries from Aspèé. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Orders
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, and Bancontact. Orders are processed after full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship both within the Netherlands and internationally using external carriers. The average delivery time is approximately 1 week. We are not liable for delays by the carrier, but we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return costs are at your own expense.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please contact us through our contact page to initiate a return.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

6. Warranty and Complaints
All products include a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • We aim to respond within 48 hours and find a fair solution together.

7. Liability
Aspèé is not liable for indirect damages or delays beyond our control. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.

8. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or strikes, Aspèé cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver. We will aim to resolve the situation together with the customer.

9. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal data is used for order processing and, if subscribed, for marketing purposes. We comply with the GDPR and do not share your data without consent.

10. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. By using the site, you agree to our use of cookies.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court. We do not use the European ODR platform.
